Ok, now that we have a descriptive error message, we can try this :

(Windows 2000/Windows XP)

1. Exit the installation. Reboot system (do not start in Safe Mode)
2. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Administrative Tools, and double-click Services.
4. Double-click the Print Spooler service, change the Startup type to Automatic, and then click Start. The Spooler service is started.
5. Click OK, close the Services window, and then close the Control Panel.
6. Shut down and restart the computer.
7. Restart the installation of WinFax PRO.
