A patch file is available for Premium Members in the download area, or you can follow these steps:

Close WinFax , Controller and Outlook 2003
In Windows Control Panel, double click the Mail Icon
The Mail Setup dialog box should appear, now Click Data Files
Under the list of Data of Outlook files, select “WinFax Logs” and click Remove. (DO NOT remove anything else or you will remove your outlook data!!!)
Exit from the Mail Setup.
Start both WinFax and Outlook 2003 to test.
