you will have to manually delete the spooled printer files, by default, these are stored in c:windowssystem32spoolPRINTERS

1. click start, run, type “cmd”
2. in command prompt, type “net stop spooler” (result should show spooler successfully stopped)
3. In Windows Explorer, locate the c:windowssystem32spoolprinters folder
4. delete any .spl files here.
5. go back to command prompt, type “net start spooler” (show should result spooler successfully started)
6. type “exit” to exit command prompt window.

if you have your printer(s) shared, and others are connected and printing to it, you’ll be deleting these spooled print jobs as well.

assuming everything is properly configured, WinFax should work again, if there are problems with the printer driver you may need to reinstall the drivers.

You can also use WinFax Tools “No Pages Fix” to correct this issue automatically.
