    I read that you need to upgrade to 10.3 BEFORE upgrading to 10.4 – but this update is not available at Symantec site. Any one have or can give me link. This could be problem I and rest of us are having??

    You need to contact Symantec directly to obtain the 10.03 update. See the link at the top of the forum pages on how to update from 10.02 to 10.03/10.04
