    Suddenly I have been getting an error message that says “Another user on this computer is using WinFax. Please try again later.” when I try to start the controller, There IS no other user; never has been!

    I’d suggest downloading winfaxtools from the download area and then go to the install & setup area, click fix startup problems button.
