I have WinFax 10.0 on three computers; two are in storage with the rest of the
inventory from my closed business; the third one is in my home serving as my
personal computer, I had not attempted to use WinFax for probably one year until
recently when I’ve tried several times but always get the Error Message:
Another user on this computer is using WinFax. Please Try again later.

There are NO other users on this computer nor has it been connected to a network.
I had considered reloading the software but discovered that when I purchased it, I
downloaded it from the Internet. (10 Mar 2004)

Do any of you folks out there have any ideas how I can reclaim this program?

yes use WinFax Tools Fix Error option should correct this.
