My hard drive failed and had to build a new computer and re-install winfax pro 10.02. I have old attachments on my external hard drive and forgot how to import them into my new copy of winfax pro.
    Please advise,,,,,,,,,,

copy all the FX? files (FXS, FXR, FXD, FXM files) to your default WinFax Data directory, this is usually Program FilesWinFax or Program filesSymantecWinFax

Once the files have been copied over, you can then re-link the attachments.

    To do this,
    Re-link the attachments.

click Go, and click WinFax Attachments.
    The Attachments screen appears.
    Double-click New Attachment under Description.
    Click Select.
Go to the DATA directory (your winfax default data directory)
Select the from the list, then click Open. This will bring you back to the New Attachment dialog box.
Enter a description, and click OK. The attachment is now listed in the Attachments folder within WinFax PRO/TalkWorks PRO.
Repeat these steps for each attachment to be relinked.

If you want to add many attachments at a time, select multiple FX? files and then click OK. When prompted to save as a multi-page fax attachment, choose NO.
You will then have to manually add any descriptions to each attachment as required.
