    TRYING TO CHANGE COMPUTERS. WANT TO TRANSFER ALL THE LOGS TO NEW ONE. KEEP GETTING ERROR MESSAGES WHILE BACKING UP TO EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE

    usually this problem is too many entries in the logs to backup, very common problem that I see all the time.
