Out of nowhere our Winfax has suddenly decided to pop up this message when attempting to receive a fax,
“cannot open the data file incorrect name or..”
We are using Winfax Pro v10.03, modem is GEN 56K HCF data fax modem TAPI.
This is a high traffic fax in a Dr’s office and desperately needed and I cannot figure out what has suddenly caused this nor how to fix it. Can you help me?

It will attempt to receive for a few second then suddenly that error message pops up.

its possible the receive log is full, or there is a problem with the log database.
