    HELP! Had problems with WinFax Pro 10.03 sending faxes so I decided to uninstall and reinstall program. To my dismay computer froze and prevented the uninstall. Now when I try to uninstall I get a message to the fact “cant finds install program”. If I try to install the message say there is already WinFax on computer uninstall before proceeding. Tried to uninstall using “SymClean” and also manual uninstall from Symantec, still no sucess. How do I get rid of it so I can reload?? Version 10.03, operating system Windows XP Sp2.

    I tried the suggested fix, even went as far as looking for WFX*.* but there are no files found. Still cannot install or uninstall WinFax Pro 10.03.

    should work, if not, try the document on Symantec’s site on how to completely remove WinFax PRO. This includes deleting registry keys and all data
