Hi all,

Every time I print a fax out, it has a header at the top of the page (event succeded). Is there a way to remove the header from showing?

for received or sent faxes?

is this when it automatically prints a receive or sent confirmation, or when you manually open the received or sent fax and print it?

Here is how it is printing out at the top of the rcvd printed out pages:

Received Event (Event Succeeded)

---

Date: Time:
Pages: Duration:
Sender: Company:
Fax Number: Subject:
Type:

---

I dont need or want any of this info to show, and have no idea why after 5 years of using this program it is printing it on the pages. I suspect a temp working here pushed a wrong button lol.

Go to Setup, Receive, After Receive Tab.
Click Print After Receive, Setup
Uncheck print confirmation details.
