    John,
    What way can I see an error? I opened the send log,but I didn’t see any report neither an option to view such a report

    the bottom portion (window) of the screen can contain information of the specific fax, you may have it set to show a thumbnail of the fax, or a page view of the fax, make sure you ‘ve set “View, View Information” in the menu.
