    When I print a document from any application, the send dialogue opens but the document does not transfer. This makes be believe it is a driver issue. I have reinstalled Winfax, and even a different version but the problem persists. OS is Windows XP Pro. I then tried to follow Symantec’s kb article of manually uninstalling the remaining registry entries after uninstalling the app, but again to no avail. I’ve also successfully reinstalled the drivers using winfax maintenance utility.


    Have you tried the following instructions
