I have a few faxes in the wastebasket theat are listed but no body to them. When I clik them to look at them is says all files are missing. When I try to delete them is says “call failed” and can not delete them.

Is there a way to get rid of them?
    I use winfax pro 10.02

    Thank you ❓

this is usually the result of a corrupt database. If you really want to remove these entries you need to make sure you have a back up of your logs.
then, attempt a rebuild by following these steps.
    http://www.getfaxing.com/winfax/2009/07/09/how-to-repair-logs-or-phonebooks-in-winfax-using-winfax-tools/
If you don’t have a subscription to the forums, you can follow these steps:
    http://service1.symantec.com/support/faxprod.nsf/docid/2000031014390704

once the log has been rebuilt, you can try removing these entries from the wastebasket as normal.
you can also try the option “Empty Wastebaskets on exit” in Tools, Program Setup, Call Status And Controller.
