MemberI can do an email merge in word 2003, but not a fax merge. will winfax enable me to send out personalized faxes from a merge?

Keymasteryou need the WinFax Macro for Microsoft Word to perform fax merges with Word 2003 and WinFax PRO

Membergreat, thanks. will 10.03 work? thats the latest version i can find online, unless you have a better suggestion.

yes winfax pro 10.03 will work. The only version that will not work is 10.02.

Memberok, I installed 10.03 and the link you gave me above. but I still can’t do a merge to fax. the button is greyed out. can you help? thanks-

Keymasterhere is a step by step guide of performing a fax merge with the macro, using a test document

once you’ve familiarized yourself with setting up the merge, you can use almost any document of your own with your existing database of fax names & numbers.
note that the trial version of the merge macro will limit you to only 5 recipients at a time.
