This workstation PC is using Symantec winfax pro 10 on xp pro 32 bit with service pack 3, norton NAV10. The drag and drop features works. However, when I got to print then select winfax pro to send a fax the PC goes BSOD. System goes blue screen with real long error code referenced Winfax.dll’s. On reboot, nothing listed in dump files. Also, note when winfax is installed on this PC, it slow downs that PC’s wired network drastically. Does the add on PCI fax card interefer with wired lan’s once winfax is install. All PC’s in office use the same PCI data card, it’s just this PC is only one to use Winfax. The software & hardware spec are the same, with exception to Winfax. NOT USING WINFAX PRO AS A FAX SERVER, JUST ON A WORK STATION.

I’d recommend installing a great tool called BlueScreenView from here; http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
This will allow you to view the dump files that are created by Windows after a BSOD. Bluescreenview can identify all the drivers involved with the crash, for example if it is a video driver related you may be required to update video drivers. We have seen Anti-Virus software that could cause these errors as well.
