Hi All,

I have a message stuck in my Wastebasket, everytime I try to delete it, i receive the following:

The following error occurred when attempting to delete a message: Call Failed – Unable to delete this message

Does anyone know how to get rid of it? I searched for it in the data folder and erased the actual fax, so there shouldn’t be anything there but it still pops up. And even though it’s in the waste basket it continues to send this fax.

You can try a database rebuild, this can sometimes remove the offending fax entry. However, if the event has no date or time, then sometimes it cannot be deleted and must be removed by clearing out the entire log structure.
