I’ve built the EventsSDK project with VS6 on Win2k sp5. When I click on the EntryIDReady event to monitor, then click Trigger, all is well. If I click on ReceivedEvent and Trigger, I get error 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT,
“The Server threw an exception”). Same for Status.

What am I doing wrong?

I see now, in the manual:

“the Application SDK supports only one connection point accessed via the Send object, and this connection point supports only one connection at a time.” p 6-2

Seems like leaving the object broken, throwing exceptions, is a suboptimal way of handling the situation.
