    On one of my clients, when they send a fax it will go to the host, but does not show up in her outbox? Also sometimes will give send confirmation and sometimes not. I tried uninstall and rebuilding the database, but no luck? Any suggestions

    If database is ok, sometimes video drivers cause problems with the mdi (windows) in WinFax PRO. Might be a possible solution to check (update) video drivers, or use lower color depth, like 256 colors for example.
