    I have been using WinFax for quite some time; however, as of yesterday I was doing my daily faxing and noticed that it was only sending out the cover page and not the document page(s) with it and I cannot get it to send out those other pages beside the cover page. What can I do?

    I’m having a similar intermittent problem. On a multiple page fax, it will send only the cover page multiple times, and no document pages. For example if I have a 5 page fax, it will send out 5 cover pages and no document.

    If the faxes appear OK in your logs, then this is usually a problem with the modem setup, or the recipient you are sending to may have problems specifically communicating with your fax modem.

    What type of fax modem do you have installed, and what is the setup configured in WinFax PRO?
