    Just re-installed 10.03 and although the header screen in setup shows all items for the header, no header shows up on the fax, when printing the PRINT EVENT is used to print a copy. The last time I installed the prgram, it automatically had the header set up.

    Anyon eknow of this problem?

    do you have the send confirmation enabled, under Setup, Send, After Send tab? Here you can enable/disable the fields that are printed.
