    Hi,
    I met the following problem.

    “Winfax Pro is unable to connect to the Winfax Pro Host station called ….. You may have insufficient memory on either the client or host.
    If you have configured the host for access by specific accounts, make sure that the SYSTEM account has launch and access privileges”

    I checked the Winfax pro service,it is on.
    But it is strange when I run Winfax Message Center,clicking:

    Receive,I found: both Manual Receive Now and automatic Receive are in grey color.I can not start either.

    Also,everything is connected to Host,by IP,by Name,I can find the host computer by right clicking network places on this one.
    Please help me cure this big headache.

    Have you tried using REGACCES.EXE from the WinFax directory to add permissions ?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.
    I did try that to grant permission.
    It still doesn’t work.
    Could you give me some more ideas?

    What is operating system on Host and Client machine(s)?
