Is there a way to export Winfax phonebooks and contacts into Outlook 2003? I am running Windows XP Home and Winfax 10.02 and Outlook 2003. I would assume this question has come up before but I couldn’t find anything after doing several searches of all forums.

In WinFax, you have to export your phonebook data into another type of file that Outlook can import. For example, a comma seperated data file.

Once you’ve exported the data in WinFax to the proper file. You then need to import the data using Outlook 2003. Choose the type of file you created (by export) in WinFax, and then proceed with the import process in Outlook 2003.
