Hi

I successfully deleted the old winfax 10.3 to do a re-install which appeared to go smoothly.

However I find that my printer drivers are not installed in my accounting programs or my Wordperfect program. It seems that at least part of the problem is that I didn’t fill in the Winfax Hostname. I don’t exactly know what this is. Is it my internet providers address? or what? 🙁

The WinFax Host name? This is only if you are using fax sharing. The host name has nothing to do with the printer driver. Make sure Wordperfect is configured to show your Windows printers, not Word Perfect printers.

Run WinFax Tools.
Click on “Show Printers”

Do both WinFax PRO printers show here?

If not, click on Install & Setup Tools.
Click “Install Printer Drivers”
