MemberHi,
Imported 500 numbers fax contacts list of from excel to outlook 2007.
We plan to execute fax broadcast thru winfax pro 10.02
Problem is zero can’t be added in left side in excel cell.
to run the fax broadcast automatically we must add zero then dial remaining digits.
how can fix this problem without going manually thru all numbers???
does winfax solve this problem ???May 29, 2010 at 4:29 am #8876JohnD
ParticipantThe reason why 0 (zero) is not being stored in the Excel cell is probably because you have the cell properties set to Number. You need to use Text cell formatting in Excel.
You can also add 0 to the prefix in WinFax, so it will dial 0 prefix before all numbers. But, you should have proper number in the phonebook, so I recommend making sure the entire number is stored in your Excel spreadsheet before you import.
Also, Outlook 2007 isn’t compatible with WinFax. So importing your data into Outlook 2007 won’t allow you to access this phonebook directly from WinFax.
