    I regularly receive lists of fax numbers and names in Excel that are to receive faxes from me. Do I have to enter each number manually into Winfax to send the fax to several numbers or does an easier method exist?

    save the spreadsheet as a dbf file with headers and you can import directly to WinFax PRO

    You can import WinFax PRO (3.0, 4.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, 10.x), WinFax LITE, WinFax 2.0, DosFax (*.PBK), ASCII (*.*), CAS (*.PB), dBASE III/IV (*.DBF), FAXability, Microsoft Access (via ODBC), and Lotus Organizer 1.x for Windows (*.CSV) files.
