    I have a client who is trying to load Winfax 10.0 on a new XP machine. He is getting an error than a previous version needs to be removed before installation can proceed. This is a new PC and has no version of WinFax installed.

    I have looked in the forum and the web and don’t see anything about this issue.

    Any ideas?
