Since reinstalling both WinFax Pro and MS Outlook 2003, neither works properly. Both seem to freeze and I found a reference on the Microsoft website indicating that bot could not live on the same computer. Is anyone familiar with this problem or a fix which would allow both. I had them both on previously and they worked fine. The problems began after I reinstalled my operating system and software.

A patch file is available for Premium Members in the download area, or you can follow these steps:

Close WinFax , Controller and Outlook 2003
In Windows Control Panel, double click the Mail Icon
The Mail Setup dialog box should appear, now Click Data Files
Under the list of Data of Outlook files, select “WinFax Logs” and click Remove. (DO NOT remove anything else or you will remove your outlook data!!!)
Exit from the Mail Setup.
Start both WinFax and Outlook 2003 to test.

Thnakyou very much for that fix. It solved my frozen outlook 2007 immediatley and it started to download my emails immediately as it wasn’t doing so before.
