There is a known problem where if you have both Word XP/2003 and Word 2007/2010 installed on the same system, and you attempt to use any of the Word 2007/2010 Fax Merge icons, it will fail with a Control Array Error. At this time, We recommend uninstalling the Word XP/2003 version if you are using a Word 2007/2010 version.
