when reinstalling winfax pro 10./03, how do you maintain the integrity of the link in the notes/history entry in Act 5.0 for opening the event.
not sure about this, because if the entries are stored in ACT!, they should remain there. If you are performing a brand new install of WinFax, I assume the links will not work if they still appear in ACT! because these faxes will not exist. If the reinstall is overtop an existing version of WinFax and the data is the same, the links should still be maintained
You might want to contact ACT! and see what tech support has to say about this.
