I use a long distance service with an access number. However, it requires that the destination phone number only consist of Area Code and number without the long distance access code. How can I force WinFax Pro to not use the code?

You need to setup a Calling Card, and then enable it in WinFax so when WinFax detects a long distance call, it will use your long distance service , dialing the access number followed by the area code+local number.
