    Hello,

How do I merge a mailing list (name, address, fax, phone) on Excel spread sheet to my WinFax Pro 10.3?

I want to be able to program my WinFax Pro 10.3 to send, say, a letter to 100 different people (whose fax is in the mailing list) on Monday, then another 100 on Tuesday, etc.

    Thanks.

The first step is you need to “import” your spreadsheet into WinFax PRO 10.03, so it appears as a Phonebook in WinFax PRO.

The problem is that you can’t directly import an Excel spreadsheet into WinFax, so you first need to export (File, Save as…) the spreadsheet into another format that WinFax can use.

Has information on how to save the Excel spreadsheet into one of the many formats WinFax can accept.

Information on how to import the file you saved from Excel into WinFax PRO 10 can be found here:

The two formats you can use in WinFax from Excel, are “.txt” or “.dbf” (dBase III+)
