Have used WinFax Pro 10.0 with microsoft windows XP for several years. This morning I opened and upper left contained “Message Manager Not Responding”. Send Log, etc. on left are visualized but will not open. Center Screen is gray with white divisions but no info.
I have rebooted, defraged, etc. but no change.
first I would recommend backing up the entire Winfax folder , and make a copy to another location.
once you’ve done that, you can attempt to rebuild the send and receive logs. You will first need to exit WinFax , the controller, and the WinFax Service if it is running. More info on this procedure is here
