    I have gone through the merge process and waited for ages but no faxes appear in the queues

    Hello,

    Are you using Windows XP and WinFax PRO 10.02? If so , this is the problem. You will need to either

    1) Upgrade WinFax to version 10.03 (only available from Symantec)

    2) Downgrade WinFax to version 10.0 or 10.01

    or

    3) Change operating system to Windows 98, ME or 2000

    Unfortunately, WinFax PRO 10.02 has a problem with Windows XP and DOES NOT provide any merge functionality.

    Symantec has confirmed this situation to be an issue with WinFax PRO 10.02. A replacement CD may resolve the issue. Contact WinFax Technical Support to request this update. WinFax Technical Support is available at 877-832-2420 from 6.00 AM to 5.00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.

    If Technical Support determines that the problem is a known issue with WinFax PRO 10.02, then Technical Support will send you the replacement CD at no charge for the CD. There is a charge for shipping and handling.


    Note: In some cases, Technical Support may determine that no technical support charges are applicable to this specific problem.
