MemberThe network at my office is setup all on a domain and I use my login to set everything up. The winfax connects to the host fine, but when the user logs in it connects, but says the database is corrupt and it is connected. I used the rebuild, but it says unable to rebuild. When we open the message manager it says access denied, but we are connected. When I login it works just fine.
I followed the instructions on the support for administrative rights by accessing the regaccess and adding the user, but it keeps popping up sayin that the registry has changed and needs to be restarted. I tried adding the user with the domain and without the domain and no luck? ANy suggestions?

MemberI logged on using my user name with admin rightsto install it. It would not let me install it using the client’s login so I had to use mine.

To modify the registry

Please ensure that you modify only the keys specified. Please read the document How to back up the Windows registry before proceeding.
1. Click Start.
2. Click Run.
3. In the Open box, type regedt32 and then click OK. The Registry Editor opens.
4. In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareDelrina
If you are using Windows NT/2000, click Security and then click Permissions.
If using Windows XP, right-click the Delrina folder and then click Permissions.
The Permissions dialog box appears.
5. Select Administrators and users as needed, and then select the “Allow” box next to Read and Full Control.

MemberGives me 2 errors when I reboot:
1)Controller is unable to display the animated fax machine in the status dialong. This may be due to insufficient memory. close all programs and restart controller
