    Using WinFax PRO 10.03 in Windows XP pro.
    Lately the outbox log is empty at all times, even while faxes are in queue to be sent, or while faxes being sent.
    After faxes are sent they appear correctly in the sent log.

    How can I make the outbox log work again?



    It is possible you have some corruption in your WinFax database files, you can perform a rebuild of the database using the automated WinFax Tools.

    Start WinFax Tools.
    Click Logs & Phonebooks.
    Click Rebuild Logs & Phonebooks.
    Click Yes to rebuild logs.
    Locate and Select the “status.wfb” file when the file dialog selection box appears. click OK.
    Wait until message appears that rebuild has completed, then click Close.
