Well, I just knew this would happen. I upgraded to Office 2007 and now Winfax Pro 10.4 cannot open the phonebook.

Has anyone seen this or have a solution?

Installation or starting up of Winfax was not the issue, it works just fine except it wont open Outlook 2007 phonebooks. However, i checked out the suggestion and i had already done this apparently.

Sorry, I assumed it was a WinFax phonebook, not an Outlook 2007 linked phonebook.

Does the Outlook contact folder appear in WinFax, but not open? or it is missing?

Were you previously using a Personal Address Book (PAB) in Outlook? because this has been removed from Outlook 2007, and I assume that Outlook will automatically import to a Contact folder.
also, was Outlook 2007 installed overtop your previous version of Outlook. Or did you uninstall the previous Outlook first?

WinFax PRO 10 had problems with Outlook 2003, and had to be patched. I assume there are more difficulties now with Outlook 2007. I haven’t tried it myself since I don’t own Outlook 2007
