I have a new computer. Outlook 2007 came pre-installed on it, and I am using Microsoft Exchange Server. I’ve attempted to install WinFax Pro 10.0 several times and after doing so Outlook will not fully open. It hangs up with the hourglass showing. Once, Outlook kept trying to logon to Microsoft Exchange Server, but the next time that didn’t seem to be the issue. When I then remove WinFax, Outlook starts and functions fine.

KeymasterWhen there is a problem with Outlook , you can start it in Safe mode and remove the offending application(add-in)
Run Outlook with the /safe switch.
On Windows XP, click Start -> Run -> and type outlook.exe /safe
Of course you have to do this after WinFax PRO is installed, so you can manually remove the “WinFax Logs” entry.
