Newbie Question, please excuse if this has been asked before but I could not find it in a search or manually.

I am looking to use WinFax Pro 10.03 to send faxes that need a confirmation page printed. We work with insidious insurance companies who want records of exact times and date sent for legal reasons. We also have numerous clients so we can not just send out logs due to HIPPA regulations.

There is the ability to print adobe acrobat CONFIRMATION documents, but during the print process you need to manually enter the file name. Is there anyway to automate this process so that the file name can pull information from the confirmation report?

IE confirmation pdf name is automatically recipient-date-time.pdf ?

For us this would be a HUGE benefit and we could go paperless on another process in the office.

In WinFax, if you click on the Setup, Send, the send options dialog box will appear. Click on the “After Send” tab and here you can enable “Print Confirmation” details after a fax send.
