I have winfax 10.02 setup to automatically forward new faxes via email. The integration is through outlook express 6 on a pc running windows 2000. It worked fine for about 6 weeks then suddenly stopped. Winfax is recieveing the faxes but then they just sit there. I’ve tried using outlook instead, deleted and recreated the email account, deleted and recreated the forwarding rule but so far no luck. Any ideas?

shut down WinFax and Controller,
find and rename the file in your WinFax data directory called “wfxrules.dat” and rename to “wfxrules.old”
then restart WinFax
go back into the forwarding rules and recreate the forwarding rule (it will no longer be configured)
