I have the Winfax 10.03, it was working fine. Until one day if I want to open a message appear ” A General Protection Fault has occured. This program will shut down. Please restart”
Plz help, I don’t know what to do

To close programs (Windows 95, 98, Me):
1 Press Ctrl+Alt+Del.
3 Select an application and click End Task.
4 Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have eliminated all applications except Explorer and Systray.To close programs (Windows NT, 2000, XP):
1 Press Ctrl+Alt+Del.
2 Click the Task Manager tab.
3 Click the Applications tab.
4 Select an application and click End Task.
5 Repeat step 4 until you have eliminated all applications except Explorer and Systray.NOTE: Some applications may generate a dialog window indicating that the program is busy or waiting for input. Click End Task on that dialog.
To delete temporary files:
1 Close open applications.
2 Start Windows Explorer.
3 In the Address box, type %temp% and then press Enter.
4 Click Edit.
5 Click Select All.
6 Click Delete.
7 If prompted to confirm deletions, click OK.then rebuild phonebooks/logs as outlined in these steps
