Hello everyone…

I want to customize my reports. I don’t need all the columns that come out on the report. I only need the Fax number, failure or success, recepient name and company name. How can I get only those columns?

Is there a third party tool that can read the logs and if so where can I get it?

If you setup the column headings that order, you should be able to select Print List and choose the headings that would print.

They’ve developed an app that already reads the logs for exporting to TIFF images, they may be customize the app to print out custom reports for you instead.
