    Hi All,

I am faced with 2 options, and needed some real world input!! Which of the following would be the most “stable”?

    1. Install and attempt to get Winfax Pro to work on SBS 2003 SP1 with a brooktrout fax board?

    2. Same as 1 but with a modem.

    3. Install an old client PC with Windows 95, 98, or XP SP1 to use as a “fax pc” with brooktrout fax board?

    4. Same as above but with a modem.

The way our ERP software works is to use its` own mailer service over a network to talk to Winfax. Winfax thinks it`s a stand-alone single user installation, so for all intents and purposes, I just want the most stable single user OS option!!

    Thanks

    Raj

    Hiya,

Thank you for your reply…. so which out of options 3 and 4 would you deem the most suitable, and with which specific OS?

Windows 98 using a fax modem
Windows 2000 and Windows XP is also acceptable with WinFax PRO 10.0x
