Here I am with a new problem.
I also have Winfax on a nother computer and it has worked just find.
Now I was going to check the status of my outgoing faxes, BUT … the Send Log is totally empty.
The only thing I can see is in the bottom status gray footer that the send log contains 508 faxes, but I cant see any … please help
back up your data directory in Windows (make a copy of the entire folder) . this is the first step. (this is usually c:program fileswinfaxdata)
Shut down WinFax, and the Controller if it is running.
then, locate the file rebuild.bat in the winfaxdata directory. Double-click it, select the status.wfb file and click OK to start the rebuild process.
This should rebuild the log files.
