    I can’t get into the send dialog.. when I click the send button or select send through the menu nothing happens, it does not display the send dialog.

    Any help would be appreciated on this.

    This is version 10 on XP SP3

    make sure that you have WinFax PRO printer drivers installed in Control Panel, Printers.
    In WinFax Tools, click on No Pages Fix and click Yes to messages that appear.
