Hi,
Have a client with WinXP Pro and a legal application called TimeMatters (MAPI compliant).
TM (TimeMatters) does recognize and WILL FAX thru WFPro10.X.
However the address book is not able to be opened in the TM
application and OFTEN when we “just” select a USER name from
the TM address book, it will PUT the phone number into the name and the phone number section of Win Fax Pro.If anyone has some good suggestions, greatly appreicated. Thanks.
thats a tough one, because all the integration is done by the software that is linked to WinFax (in this case, TimeMatters) you might want to check to see what type of WinFax support is offered with Timematters, they might have information regarding the limitations of WinFax with TimeMatters:
