Hi All,

Client is running WIn Fax Pro on XP Pro. (10.something)

Issue started a few weeks back.

We can receive fine, but not send – if we try to attach a file from a scanner, or just from explorer.

If we send a ‘cover page’ this works perfectly.

If we send via XP built in fax tools, works perfectly.

Issue is between WinFax and attaching files. The SEND button just stays greyed out, and it seems like the files are not attached. (if you load a cover sheet, then try to add attachments, it does not increment page numbers)

Any ideas?
