I am getting an error message that says “unistall cannot continue” and I desparately need to remove the software from this machine. Can I just delete the program folder without any problems?

Situation:

When you uninstall WinFax PRO, you see the error message,”Unable to locate the installation log file ..Program FilesWinfaxWFXUNIST.ISU.” You want to uninstall WinFax PRO so that you can reinstall it or because it appears to be causing a problem on the computer.

Solution:
This problem happens when the uninstallation file, WfxUninst.isu, is missing or corrupt. To fix the problem, use one of the following methods to uninstall WinFax PRO.
