    I uninstalled a trial version of Pro because it didn’t work. I tried to install Basic and I get a message that Basic cannot be installed over Pro. I have restarted and still get the message. How do I remove all traces/files from Pro?

    You may need to check the Windows registry for any remaining WinFax specific entries. You can delete them.

    WinFax Clean from our Premiums download area will also remove all traces of WinFax automatically.
