I have set up the program to print after receicing a fax. This works alright most of the time, but about once a day it just stops printing the received faxes. When I restart the computer it starts printing again.

I receive about 30 faxes a day so it would be great if someone could give me an advice on what can be done about it.

I use Winfax Pro 10.0 on a computer with Windows 2000 professional.

is the printer a local printer, or a network connected printer?

Thanks for the quick reply! It is a local printer (a brand new HP Laser Jet 2410). The computer is really old: PIII, 433 MHz. Both the computer and the printer are dedicated for the fax-software; nothing else.

We have written a program that exports the fxr-files to jpg, resizes them and moves them onto a usb-memory (This conversion program has to be actived manually by the user, so I do not think that should have any effect on the printing, should it?)

Does the problem seem to occur when receiving another fax and printing the previously received fax at the same time?
